Buyer and Procurement Officer
Canary Wharf, London
Key Responsibilities:​​

Identify potential suppliers of air conditions in China.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Purchase air conditions and related components.
Ensure timely delivery of products to meet the company's production schedule able to travel to the manufactories.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure that the products purchased meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with quality control teams to address any issues with incoming products.
Implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and correspondence with suppliers.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Attributes:
Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff,
stakeholders and suppliers.
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving
abilities.
Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets.
Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how
failure impacts the production, manufacture and customer order fulfilment
